When you use our feedback form, we receive the selected application, topic, message and the email address you enter.
SilkIdea uses this information to review the request and reply. Submissions are forwarded to jan.janik@silkidea.com with your address as Reply-To. They are not public and are not used to subscribe you to marketing.
Feedback is stored in a private server queue and forwarded to jan.janik@silkidea.com with your address as Reply-To. Delivery is retried if the mail server is unavailable. The form confirms acceptance into the queue, not arrival in the inbox.
We use feedback to address your request and reply. For questions about retention of received email or removal of your data, contact privacy@silkidea.com.
The server copy is automatically deleted 7 days after successful handoff to the mail server. Undelivered messages remain queued for retries. This rule does not cover the copy received in the email inbox.
