- The supplied EULA governs an App Store installation.
- Third-party component licences remain intact.
A brief overview. See the full text below for the scope and details.
Apple App Store licence
An app obtained from the App Store is governed by the licence supplied when you obtained it. If no valid custom EULA was supplied, the Apple Standard EULA applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The licensor is the developer identified for the app. This overview neither rewrites Apple’s agreement nor purports to translate it.
Our Terms of Use add rules for the particular service and purchases. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. The licence, service terms and statutory rights apply together; a web page does not change an existing licence without a lawful basis.
Third-party components
The app may contain components and models with their own licences. Relevant notices are available in the app’s licence section; this page does not replace their terms.
Language versions
We prepare these documents in Czech and provide translations. If language versions of the same document and the same version conflict, the Czech text prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect mandatory local language requirements, mandatory consumer rights, interpretation of ambiguities in the consumer’s favour or information reasonably relied on when concluding the contract. This clause does not give priority between different dated versions and does not override the separate Apple Standard EULA or Joinly documents.
