Your information on this website
You can read this presentation without an account or email. An email is required only when you send feedback, request a beta invitation or ask about support for another airline. We do not verify ownership of an email through this form.
SilkIdea s.r.o., Kosova 1242/1c, 165 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company number 07990073, operates these forms. We use your replies to develop CrewNexo and respond to your request. No newsletter subscription, automatic invitation or confirmed test place is created.
Feedback includes your rating, feature priorities, comment, email and optional role. Beta requests include the selected platforms, invitation emails and confirmation of interest. Airline requests include email, airline/company and any role or note you choose to add. Each record also includes its time, language and a random browser reference. Every comment remains a separate response; the latest non-empty rating and priorities from a browser are used in the summary.
Responses are stored on our server for up to 365 days. Backups expire within a further seven days. Only the project owner has access to the private overview and exports. Daily email summaries sent to the owner include new comments and airline request notes. Email copies and downloaded exports are managed separately by the owner.
We save a random reference in your browser after a successful submission so that we can recognise later feedback from the same browser. We do not put your email in browser storage. This presentation has no advertising trackers and does not use device fingerprinting. Please do not submit confidential airline information, roster files or other people’s personal data.
For questions, access, corrections or deletion, contact privacy@silkidea.com. Include your submission or browser reference if you have it. For broader information about your data rights, see SilkIdea’s feedback privacy information below. This notice concerns the website forms; the application has its own Privacy Policy.
